What equipment do you expect your clients to have/provide in their homes?
This is completely up to you and what you want to do for your solo workouts. We will be bringing all equipment necessary for your training sessions. If you wish to purchase equipment or if you already have equipment, you can discuss with your trainer what you will need.
Do your trainers carry liability insurance?
Our trainers are fully insured. Copies of our policy are available upon request.
How much space do you anticipate needing in the home workout area?
Try to ensure that there's enough space for you to move. We won't be doing huge movements, but you should allow for enough room for squats and lunges, or any arm exercises that require full arm extension.
If contractually per, let's say, a 3 to 6 month period, what protection do your clients have if you stop providing/are unable to continue the service?
In this unlikely event, services would be completed up to whatever was paid or a refund would be issued for outstanding sessions.
How do you anticipate invoicing/billing your clients (monthly, per visit, contractually)?
This is completely up to you. We will accept weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments as long as sessions are paid beforehand (pay as you go). We do not charge interest on weekly or biweekly payments, so it completely depends on what kind of schedule your are comfortable with. We're flexible. Available payment options are cash or cheque, with direct withdrawal and credit card payments coming soon.
